Beijing time: 8:43 a.m. on September 23 (Saint John time in Canada: 21:43 p.m. on September 22), good news came from The Sixth Global Geopark Conference held by United Nations Educational Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO)in StonehammerGeopark in Canada that Dali Cangshan National Geopark was officially listed in the Global Geopark Network List of UNESCO and obtained the title of "Dali Mount Cangshan UNESCO Global Geopark". This is the first world-level laurel won by our prefecture.
