Ximatan Cableway

        Ximatan cableway of Cangshan Mountain, build by Dali Tourism Group with its own capital, consists of three sections: upper section, middle section and lower section. The lower section is located in the west to Tianlong Babu Film and TV City (2300 meters above sea level), the middle section is at the upside of the scenic area of Seven Dragon Maiden Pools (2900 meters above sea level), and the upper section is located in the scenic area of Ximatan of Yuju Peak (3900 meters above sea level).The cableway is 5555 meters long, rising up 1648 meters from the foot of the mountain. All the equipment is imported from France. It is a mono-cable circulating closed gondola lift with 8 seats of each cabin. The route links all the best views in Cangshan scenic spots from lower altitude to higher one. As the cableway goes from the foot of the mountain to the top, the temperature change of four seasons can be experienced within one day.
